If any piece fails to conform to this warranty, return the piece with proof of purchase to Oneida Ltd. at the address below. Oneida Ltd. will, at its option, replace the affected piece (not the complete set) at no charge. A similar piece will be used for replacement if the original pattern is no longer available. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to use proper care in accordance with the instructions provided.

3 Year No-Chip Warranty: The dinner plate, salad plate, bowl and mug of this fine quality Oneida dinnerware (Four Piece Place Setting) are warranted against edge chipping for 3 years from date of the original purchase. If any piece fails to conform to this warranty, return the piece, with proof of purchase, to Oneida Ltd. at the address below. Oneida will, at it's option, replace the affected piece only (not for a complete set) in the same color or a similar color if the original color is not available at no charge. Each Oneida Bradshaw Roaster, Grill and Griddle is warranted for ten years from the date of original purchase against original defects in workmanship. and materials, excluding damage caused by misuses, abuse or failure to adhere to instructions provided. If any piece fails to conform to this warranty, please call Bradshaw International at 1-800-878-0196. At their option, Bradshaw International will replace (with an equivalent piece if the original design is no longer available) the nonconforming pieces.

The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by accident, misuse, abuse, use in commercial establishments or failure to adhere to the manufacturing's use and care instructions. Scratches, scores, pits, discoloration or damage from overheating or other misuses are not covered by this warranty.
