Non-stick Bakeware: While dishwasher safe, the best way to preserve the non-stick finish is to wash by hand using regular dish detergent and a soft sponge. Never allow sharp utensils like knife blades to come into contact with the silicone finish. Do not use steel wool or abrasive sponges as they can also scratch and remove the non-stick surface.
