Hard Anodized Cookware and Aluminum Cookware: These pots and pans are so easy to clean thanks to the non-stick surface lining each piece. To preserve the non-stick coating, wash by hand using regular dish detergent and a soft sponge. Never use steel wool or abrasive scrubbers as they can scratch the finish. Always use nylon, bamboo and silicone utensils. Avoid contact with metal which can remove the non-stick surface. Glass lids may go in the top rack of the dishwasher.
