Oneida Ltd. Internet, Telephone and Mail Order Return Policy
Any unused merchandise or merchandise damaged during shipment may be returned to Oneida for a refund/exchange within *30 days of the date your order was received. When purchasing your product in a set configuration, Oneida must receive the return in the same configuration. Please contact our service team at 1-888-263-7195 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received an incorrect item or received damaged shipment.
To ensure that we process your return according to your wishes, please follow the procedure outlined below when returning your merchandise to Oneida:
- Complete all applicable portions of the return questionnaire on the reverse side of your original invoice.
- Pack and seal all Oneida products to be returned or exchanged securely, in the original package if possible, along with copies of the original invoice and completed return questionnaire.
- Ship your return or exchange prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries -- to the following address:

- While not required, we recommend that you select a shipping method that provides a tracking or confirmation of delivery option and that you insure your return. These options will provide you added protection since Oneida Ltd. cannot be responsible for Oneida products lost or damaged during their return shipment from you to Oneida.
- Unfortunately, items purchased by internet, phone or mail cannot be returned at our Oneida Factory Outlet or Oneida Outlet store locations.
- Oneida Ltd. reserves the right to access a minimum $25 handling fee on returned items.
- Credit are applied to returns when returned in their original packaging within 30 days.
- When returning product purchased through a retailer, please indicate the approximate date of your purchase in your return.
- Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-877-6667 prior to returning any product. For instructions on returns/exchanges, please reference your packing slip.

Items offered through our Clearance/Sale section of our site may be sold as a set. Please be informed that the product may be received in one box and not received as sold on the site. For example, when purchasing two sets of six, you may receive twelve in one box. These items are on clearance at a drastically reduced price without detail to individual packaging. The condition or absence of a box for items/sets offered through the Clearance/Sale section of our site will not be considered a valid reason for product return. If our customer chooses to return the product due to this issue, we will not be responsible for customer postage return expenses.
