George Wilkinson hard anodized aluminum bakeware is totally unique. Hard Anodizing is an electrochemical process that changes the surface structure of the product. The molecules are forced closer together, to create a more durable baking surface. The result being a material that is now twice as hard as stainless steel, with a superb, even heat distribution.
As the hard anodizing process is an intergral part of the material and not a coating, your bakeware will never peel or blister
Caring for your Oneida Bakeware
Non-stick Bakeware: While dishwasher safe, the best way to preserve the non-stick finish is to wash by hand using regular dish detergent and a soft sponge. Never allow sharp utensils like knife blades to come into contact with the silicone finish. Do not use steel wool or abrasive sponges as they can also scratch and remove the non-stick surface.
