INGREDIENTS:
Filling:
- 6 cups peeled thin sliced apples
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cups maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla flavor extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Pie:
- 2 low fat graham cracker shells
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-1/2 tsp light butter spread
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375*F.
- In large bowl: combine apples, cranberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg.
- Spread evenly in pie shell.
- Combine in another bowl: oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon together.
- Add butter (softened) and stir, then spread evenly across pie
- Bake 45 minutes.
- Remove and let set for 30 minutes.
- Makes 2 pies
