INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium sweet potato, cut into strips
- 10 rings of onions, raw
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Dash of Cavendars Lite Greek Seasoning
- 1 tbsp light margarine
- 1/2 cup green peppers, cut into strips
DIRECTIONS
- Peel one medium sized sweet potato, cut into strips
- Place on aluminum foil, large enough to hold all ingredients
- Layer on onions and green peppers
- Top with garlic powder and greek spices
- Place dots of margarine over the surface of all ingredients
- Fold up aluminum foil and cook for 30 mintes in a charcoal grill, directly on the coals.
