James E. Joseph is President and CEO of Oneida Ltd. effective August, 2007. Mr. Joseph joined Oneida in 1988 and has held several international management positions including Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Oneida International, based in London, England; President of Oneida Mexico, based in Mexico City; and Managing Director of Oneida Latin America. He also served as General Manager of Oneida’s U.S. Factory Outlet operations. In July 2000, Mr. Joseph was named Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oneida Foodservice. In March of 2005, he was promoted to Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Oneida, Mr. Joseph worked for Coopers & Lybrand as a CPA. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LeMoyne College and a Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Mr. Joseph was a Presidential Fellow during the Reagan Administration and has served on numerous civic and not-for-profit boards. He currently serves as a Director of the Housewares Charity Foundation.
Andrew G. Church is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Oneida Ltd. Mr. Church joined the Company in 2004 as CFO, and was subsequently promoted to COO in 2007. His responsibilities include corporate development and planning, global supply chain management, information technology, investor relations, legal, human resources and finance & administration. He also supports Oneida's ongoing expansion into the international luxury hotel & gaming market segments, and the pursuit of worldwide licensing opportunities. Church's prior experience includes building the profitability of global businesses through acquisitions, process improvements and operational turnarounds in a variety of industries, including life science, media and consumer products. He has held various financial, business development and general management positions with Saleslink Corporation, Nurun, Inc. Quebecor World, Inc. and Millipore Corporation. He started his career at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young, LLP where he was a CPA. Mr. Church earned a BS degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from Cornell University.
Timothy J. Shine is President of Oneida’s Consumer division, effective October 2007, where he is responsible for all aspects of the company's global consumer business. Shine was previously Senior Vice President of Sales and a member of the executive leadership team at Westpoint Home, Inc., a New York City-based home-textiles company with sales to consumer and hospitality customers. Mr. Shine worked for 25 years with Westpoint Home, where he held a variety of key positions within the company. In his role as Senior Vice President of Sales, he served as one of the company's top executives and reported to the Chief Executive Officer. Among his notable accomplishments in this role was the development of the company's Rachel Ray home textile line. He is a graduate of Boston College.
Foster Sullivan is President of Oneida's Foodservice Division. Prior to being appointed President, Sullivan was divisional Senior Vice President and General Manager. He previously led Oneida's hotel and gaming sales group. Mr. Sullivan joined Oneida in 1996, when Oneida acquired THC Systems, where Sullivan was a senior executive, and earlier in his career he held sales positions at the Edward Don Company, a leading equipment and supply distributor to the foodservice industry
Paul E. Gebhardt is Senior Vice President of Design and Advertising for the Company’s Foodservice, Consumer, and International Divisions. He is responsible for all corporate design and creative development. Mr. Gebhardt joined Oneida Ltd. in 1982 and was named Vice President of Design in 1993. He assumed his current senior management position in 2003.
Bill Grannis was named Senior Vice President Global Procurement in October 2006. Mr. Grannis joined Oneida Ltd. in 1996 when Oneida Ltd. purchased the REGO Corporation. Mr. Grannis is a Mechanical Engineer and also has an MBA. He has 30 plus years of procurement experience as well as having managed a factory for six years. Since joining Oneida Ltd., Mr. Grannis has held many senior positions including: Senior Vice President Dinnerware Procurement, and most recently Senior Vice President Strategic Planning.
Rob Hack is Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. Mr Hack is responsible for Oneida's worldwide information technology strategy, implementation and services. Mr. Hack joined the company in November 2005. Prior to joining Oneida, Mr. Hack was Vice President, Information Technology for Marietta Corporation. His previous positions also included senior Management positions in supply chain managment and information technology for Eastman Kodak and Carrier Corporation.
W. Tim Runyan is Executive Vice President, Chief Global Supply Chain Officer of Oneida Ltd. Mr. Runyan joined Oneida in September 2006. Prior to joining Oneida, Mr. Runyan was an independent International Business Consultant from 1998 to 2006 working with U.S. companies on supply chain issues worldwide. Prior to Mr. Runyan’s consulting practice, he was the founder and CEO of United Forwarding, Inc., a U.S. based supply chain operation that had over 2 million square feet of distribution/consolidation in the U.S. and contract facilities worldwide.
David Sank is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Oneida's Consumer division, responsible for establishing Oneida's global marketing vision, and developing strategic marketing plans for the Company's consumer brands. Mr. Sank joined the company in August 2005. Sank previously has held senior marketing and brand management positions in the consumer and foodservice industries, including with Kraft Foods, Campbell Soup and General Mills.
Catherine H. Suttmeier is Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Oneida Ltd. Ms. Suttmeier joined Oneida Ltd. in 1982 as Corporate Attorney, and later was promoted to Associate Counsel and Assistant Secretary before being named General Counsel in 1992. She was elected Vice President later in 1992, and assumed her present position in 1999.
Dominick J. Trapasso is Senior Vice President, Supply Chain of Oneida Ltd. Mr. Trapasso joined Oneida Ltd. in March 2004. Prior to joining Oneida Mr. Trapasso had been Senior Vice President, Operations of Emco Sales and Service.
