  • This handy ceramic santoku knife is perfect for straight cuts of fruits, vegetables, meats and more. Make meal prep easy with this Oneida ceramic santoku knife. Durable ceramic construction ensures years of use. Rubber-coated ergonomic handle provides a comfortable, easily controlled grip.

    Made out of very hard and tough ceramic, Zirconium Oxide. Also known as Zirconia
    The strength and density of ceramic materials allows the blade to be ground to a razor sharp edge that will retain it's sharpness longer than steel knives.
