Use & Care

Made out of very hard and tough ceramic, Zirconium Oxide. Also known as Zirconia
The strength and density of ceramic materials allows the blade to be ground to a razor sharp edge that will retain it's sharpness longer than steel knives.

Always use with plastic or wood cutting board. Avoid dropping on hard surfaces, turnin the blade on its side to smash garlic and other items.
Hand wash with water and liquid dish soap. These knives are meant to compliment your current cutlery, not to replace it.
