We will take on the return shipping cost if there are any damaged, broken, defective or incorrect products.

How To Return An Item:
- If you spot any damage when you receive your package, do let our Customer Service Team know right away and include a photo, then we will arrange for a quick replacement.
- Fill out the return card that was included with your shipment and also enclose it in your return package.
- If you don’t have the return card, call us at 1-888-263-7195 for a return authorization number.
- Put the product back in the box together with all the original packaging.
