I received CHATEAU as a shower gift from my future mother-in-law. Unfortunately the marriage didn't last but my flatware is still beautiful 54 years later!!

My silverware arrived safely and looking good! They match my existing tableware perfectly and some of it is 47 years old. Thanks Oneida for a quality product
Light weigh, beautifully simple yet elegant, has a sturdiness to it that gives you confidence no matter what food you are eating, and best of all, Oneida says it will last you a lifetime! One more thing, it washes shiny clean, good as new, in an automatic dishwasher or by hand.

(Catering job allowed me to view many designs, finishes in person) hard impossible to find in stores.
ONLY complaint is I like the SOLID knives more. the newer HOLLOW handles are ok, the balance is thrown off a bit.
