I have enjoyed this set for many years. I had lost a few pieces, so I ordered this to fill in my set.
This is the flatware pattern we chose when we got married 28 years ago. Somehow, adding a teenager to the mix caused some pieces to go missing so I ordered another service for four. I love this classic pattern and never even considered starting over with a new one.
I bought my initial set in 1999 and have been extremely pleased with how well the pieces have held up over the years. I recently lost a few though, so I purchased the 20 piece set to make up the difference. It was extremely disappointing to see that the knife handle design has changed. The forks and spoons all still match my original pieces, but the knives now look like they are part of a different pattern as the bottom is wider and the handle is thinner. Not sure why Oneida would do a redesign for just one piece, but I wish they hadn't. My rating would have been a 5, but I'm taking back a star now that I have 4 knives that stand out from the others.
Got this set when we first got married over 10 years ago and it’s time to add more. So glad they had them still! Love the design.
